Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Applications must be complete with all fees in place before processing. All leasing agents will continue to show a property until a lease is fully executed. 

 

Applicants may provide Peak Property Management with a Portable Screening Report and if the applicant should provide Peak Property Management with a portable tenant screening report, the charging of an application fee is prohibited.
