Lexi Walker - Broker & Owner

Lexi has been passionate about real estate since 2015, with a dedicated focus on property management since 2018. After obtaining her Real Estate license in 2020, she has worked diligently to broaden her expertise, empowering clients to navigate the dynamic and expansive world of rental ownership.

With advanced education and hands-on experience in long-term, short-term, furnished, and commercial rentals, Lexi brings a well-rounded perspective to property management. Her goal is to help property owners not only manage their investments effectively but also expand and diversify their portfolios.

 

Lexi's commitment to client success, paired with her deep industry knowledge, makes her a valuable partner for anyone looking to thrive in real estate.

Devin Reimer - Maintenance Coordinator 

Devin is a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator with over 14 years of experience in property management. Since 2010, Devin has built a strong foundation in ensuring properties remain in top condition, with an exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of effective maintenance solutions.

 

Specializing in property remodels, updates, and preventative maintenance, Devin is committed to delivering high-quality results that enhance the longevity and value of each property. His experience spans various aspects of property upkeep, from routine repairs to large-scale renovations, always with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 

A problem-solver at heart, Devin takes pride in identifying the right solutions to maintain properties in their best possible condition while minimizing disruptions for tenants and owners. Outside of work, Devin enjoys hunting, skiing and biking, adding a personal touch to his commitment to excellence.

Tanner Walker - Administrative Assistance & Leasing Coordinator 

​​Tanner is a  Teacher and Coach in the community who brings his welcoming and friendly personality to our team during the summer months. His ability to connect effortlessly with tenants and his commitment to excellent service make him a valued member of the team.

Always eager to lend a hand, Tanner contributes to leasing and administrative tasks with enthusiasm and adaptability. His willingness to assist in all areas of the business showcases his dedication to teamwork and growth.Tanner looks forward to deepening his knowledge of property management and continuing to make a positive impact on our clients and tenants alike.
